Donation Terms and Acknowledgment

Contributions to Mainspring Narrative Films, Inc. are voluntary, irrevocable, and nonrefundable charitable gifts. Mainspring retains sole discretion over the use of donated funds in furtherance of its productions and charitable mission. Donations do not grant donors any ownership interest, creative or editorial control, financial participation, or decision-making authority over Mainspring's productions. Donors have no right to demand repayment or the return of contributions, regardless of changes to a production's content, direction, schedule, or completion, except as required by law. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
